Application Responsible / IT Service Owner(m/w/x)
Managing IT service operations, including lifecycle and dependencies for sustainable applications. ITIL and broad IT systems knowledge required. Daily operations oversight, stakeholder communication.
Anforderungen
- IT service management principles, processes, best practices (e.g., ITIL)
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, applications (hardware, software, networking)
- Data collection, analysis, and interpretation for decision-making and optimization
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
- Identifying, analyzing, and responding to stakeholder needs
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, organizational policies
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles, processes, best practices (e.g., ITIL)
- Minimum 5 years as IT Service Owner/Application Responsible
- Minimum 5 years IT know-how for FIS Systems (Bloomberg, LSEG/Reuters, Marketmap, BAHA, SIX, Contributing etc.)
- Analytical and coordination skills
- Independent working style, self-responsible
- Openness to learn and acquire new skills

- Oversee end-to-end IT service operation
- Understand and track service dependencies
- Manage proactive lifecycle of IT service
- Ensure sustainable, stable, and maintainable applications
- Manage day-to-day IT service operations
- Deliver IT service according to SLAs and OLAs
- Manage and resolve IT service incidents
- Minimize downtime and business impact
- Identify and address root causes of incidents
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
- Monitor and analyze IT service performance
- Identify areas for improvement
- Implement changes to increase efficiency and quality
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and reports
- Ensure IT service compliance with laws and policies
- Manage testing and release of fixes and enhancements
- Deploy upgrades and improvements
