- Experience building/improving accounting processes from scratch
- Experience selecting and implementing accounting/ERP systems end-to-end
- Solid command of German GAAP, DATEV, automation tools, ERP
- Familiarity with IFRS is a plus
- Enthusiasm for AI workflows and process optimization
- Accuracy, detail-orientation, and proactive self-organization
- Ability to spot inefficiencies before they become problems
- Full professional fluency in German
- Full professional fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Transform finance function into automated data engine
- Own full accounting cycle and build scalable infrastructure
- Lead monthly and annual financial closures and consolidations
- Implement smart workflows for full-cycle bookkeeping
- Evaluate and optimize ERP ecosystem for Accounting
- Streamline VAT and tax reporting with automated compliance
- Design and manage payment workflows for cash flow optimization
- Enhance customer experience and maintain bank relations
- Serve as primary interface for auditors, tax advisors, and authorities
- Pursue vision of touchless accounting
