- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or accounting software
- Prior experience in public accounting
- Experience in software industry or multinational company
- Knowledge in German or European tax
- CPA or German equivalent (WP)
Aufgaben
- Establish internal financial and accounting processes
- Ensure proper bookkeeping
- Manage daily operational tasks
- Lead global projects
- Own the financial closing cycle
- Complete entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Adhere to accounting standards (HGB)
- Manage the closing calendar
- Coordinate with departments for inputs
- Review preliminary financial results
- Prepare financial statements
- Review comprehensive financial statements
- Ensure financial statement accuracy
- Analyze financial variances and trends
- Manage accounts receivable aging
- Ensure timely collections
- Prepare vendor payments
- Maintain strong supplier relationships
- Monitor cash flow
- Support strategic decision-making
- Serve as point of contact for external accounting firm and tax advisor
- Develop e-invoicing procedure
- Streamline billing process
- Enhance payment accuracy
- Review VAT and Corporate Tax returns
- Ensure tax return accuracy and compliance
