- Drive innovation in multispecific biologics
- Ensure alignment with global Biotherapeutics Discovery objectives
- Build and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and scientific excellence
- Deliver development-ready biologic candidates through data-driven decisions
- Partner with Oncology, CMC Development, Safety, and Experimental Medicine teams
- Serve as the Vienna point of accountability for TcE discovery
- Represent Biotherapeutics Discovery in governance and decision forums
- Prioritize and manage resources across discovery programs
- Establish strategic collaborations with external partners and CROs
- Manage risk in discovery programs
