- Analyze business requirements and identify gaps
- Recommend best practices for SuccessFactors Talent processes
- Lead projects from scoping to go-live
- Conduct configuration and testing of solutions
- Design and implement innovative HR business process applications
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops
