- Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee)
- SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in an execution-focused role
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment
- Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English
Aufgaben
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Focus on 1–2 core modules like Employee Central or Recruiting
- Translate business requirements into system configuration
- Ensure solutions meet operational needs
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams for system support
- Execute assigned topics independently
- Take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages
- Support testing and deployments of SuccessFactors modules
- Enhance system functionality across supported modules
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot SuccessFactors issues
- Participate in workshops and training sessions
- Engage in knowledge-sharing activities with stakeholders
- Support HRIS-related initiatives as needed
