- Desirable knowledge of WECI and PECI
- Familiarity with Workday Orchestrate and Extend
Aufgaben
- Act as principal expert for HR and Legal software integrations
- Own solution design, configuration, and deployment
- Develop integrations using EIB, Core Connector, and Studio
- Provide Level 3 support for Core HCM and Compensation
- Manage and audit Workday security and Single Sign-On
- Coordinate bi-annual Workday release cycles
- Optimize Workday AI and Machine Learning features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Integrate applications like OneTrust and local payroll systems
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Maintain technical documentation and integration standards
- Track projects using Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence
- Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
