- Strong consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes
- Strong affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
- High flexibility
- Willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Business-level proficiency in German
- Business-level proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Design and implement SAP HCM solutions
- Develop and maintain custom extensions
- Implement and support Fiori self-service solutions
- Manage and coordinate sub-projects
- Advise clients on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations
- Ensure quality assurance and documentation
- Provide second- and third-level support
- Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions
- Contribute to the sales cycle
- Participate in knowledge sharing within CNT Competence Teams
- Mentor and coach young professionals
- Guide consultants technically
- Develop hard and soft skills through training
