Sales Support Specialist CHAT(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Commercial education with a business background
• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales support or commercial role in FMCG
• Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical understanding
• Customer-focused, proactive, and committed to effective answers
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and organizational talent
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel; experience with SAP BW, TM1, and Teams
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• Communicate customer agreement details to Finance and Credit Control
• Support annual negotiations and contract handling using DocuSign
• Track budget integration and manage product allocation
• Update stock and analyze performance per Key Account Manager
• Prepare sales and promotion analyses and calculate rebates
• Maintain customer master data and perform database checks
• Coordinate corrections with internal teams for master data
• Handle internal requests related to the CHAT sales warehouse
• Drive process improvements with service hubs and Commercial Finance
• Prepare and distribute product specification sheets and images
• Create and share promotions, newsletters, and product change communications
• Prepare customer offers and adapt content to specific templates
• Enter contracts into Contract Management and archive relevant files
• Create invoices and collect supporting documents
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and trade spend topics
• Support presentations, reporting, and internal meetings
• Manage evidence collection from retailer websites
• Coordinate the creation of marketing visuals and materials
• Organize samples and perform general administrative tasks
• Act as Health Ambassador with weekly reporting and KAM call participation
