Anforderungen
- Proven sales and partnership management experience
- Mobile marketing, app technology, martech, or B2B marketing services sales background
- Deep mobile ecosystem understanding and strong app interest
- Customer acquisition, deal closing, and full sales lifecycle management
- Analytical and commercial thinking, driving revenue growth with teams
- HubSpot experience or ability to quickly learn and build processes/automations
- Independent, responsible, and hands-on work approach
- Confident operation at marketing, consulting, and leadership intersection
- Proactive, communicative, idea-contributing, collaborative personality
- Fluent German and English communication with international teams/clients
Aufgaben
- Expand customer base and project pipeline
- Identify and acquire strategically relevant opportunities
- Manage entire sales process from qualification to handover
- Conduct sales calls and create proposals
- Negotiate and close deals
- Optimize daily sales operations
- Develop scalable sales frameworks
- Lead partnership strategy
- Collaborate with partners like Braze, MoEngage, Adjust, Appsflyer
- Analyze and improve workflows
- Develop efficient processes for prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, reporting, deal flow, and documentation
- Represent company at app trade fairs and industry events
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) for high data quality
- Develop CRM automations and reliable funnels
- Work with marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing strategies
- Strengthen lead generation
