- Enjoyment of being on the move
- Understanding of sales quota impact
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills
- Customer collaboration and product improvement focus
- Commitment to coaching and self-reflection
- Fluency in German and B2 English
Aufgaben
- Acquire new business and engage existing customers
- Meet targets for new and existing business
- Prospect and acquire new clients
- Apply value-based and solution-oriented sales approaches
- Meet clients face-to-face to present solutions
- Manage the client onboarding process
- Contribute to product improvements
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients
- Conduct regular relationship meetings
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Monitor client booking behavior closely
