- Prospect and identify target accounts
- Master outreach strategies to increase conversion
- Meet clients face-to-face to present solutions
- Manage the client onboarding process
- Oversee a portfolio of existing clients
- Conduct regular relationship management meetings
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Monitor client booking behavior closely
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
