New customer acquisition and client relationship management for HR software solutions at a 35-year-old IT consultancy. Sales experience with SAP solutions or management consulting required. Four-day work week option, remote work flexibility.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or comparable training, ideally with focus on economics or technology
- Experience in sales of SAP solutions or management consulting
- Passion for sales, commitment, enthusiasm, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, open approach to people
- Confidence, assertiveness, pragmatism in negotiations
- Fluency in German, good English skills, moderate willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Acquire new customers
- Maintain existing customer relationships
- Drive acquisition in SAP SuccessFactors
- Shape ERP topics
- Shape sales activities
- Manage the entire sales cycle
- Develop tailor-made business concepts and IT solutions
- Prepare customer appointments, workshops, and events
- Organize appointments, workshops, and events with experts
- Perform regular reporting
- Keep project participants updated
