Account Manager - MS Dynamics CE(m/w/x)
Customer acquisition and relationship management for Power Platform and CRM solutions at an IT consulting firm with 35+ years market presence. Sales experience with CRM solutions, ideally MS Dynamics 365, required. Four-day week option, commission model.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or comparable qualification, ideally with economics or technology focus
- Experience in sales of CRM solutions (ideally MS Dynamics 365) or management consulting
- Passion for advising and supporting companies on AI topics
- Passion for sales, commitment, enthusiasm, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, clear and convincing content conveyance, open approach, finding right words in challenging situations
- Confidence, assertiveness, pragmatism, negotiation confidence
- Fluent German skills
- Good English skills
- Moderate willingness to travel
Aufgaben
- Win new customers for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Share responsibility for pipeline development.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
- Contribute ideas throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop business concepts and IT solutions with customers and colleagues.
- Prepare and moderate customer events and workshops with specialists.
- Report on ongoing projects, sales opportunities, and results.
- Support customers implementing Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions.
