- Build and maintain relationships with new product signups
- Support current trial users and existing customers
- Demonstrate technical expertise during product demonstrations
- Conduct customer onboarding sessions
- Understand customers' problems, needs, and wishes
- Create tailored solutions for customers
- Support a diverse, global client base
- Develop a deep understanding of the software
- Contribute ideas for product improvements
- Suggest enhancements for the product roadmap
- Provide input for the help center and other content assets
- Coordinate feature requests and customer bug reports
- Gather customer requirements within the team
