- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- •Experience and knowledge in prospecting
- •Experience in SDR position for 1-2 years
- •Experience selling ERP, CRM, or similar software
- •Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- •Ability to become a product expert with a confident voice

- •Collaborate with the Lead Research Specialist to schedule meetings for the Account Executive in Germany and other German-speaking countries
- •Participate in negotiations and the closing process with prospects alongside the Account Executive
- •Run and enhance outbound outreach campaigns for potential customers using provided tools and playbook
- •Regularly update the CRM to ensure no opportunities are missed and follow up on your pipeline
- •Monitor, research, and analyze customer needs and business potential
