- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Creativity and comfort in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Enjoyment of working with prospects and customers
- Proven history of SME/Enterprise software sales
- Successful experience in SaaS sales
- Experience in the Microsoft M365 ecosystem is a plus
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively
- Perfect written and spoken German and strong English skills
- Strong work ethic and desire to exceed targets
- Strong sales acumen and track record of attaining quota

- Identify potential needs and qualify interests
- Present product information to prospects
- Market offerings at tradeshows and events
- Move solid leads through the sales funnel
- Connect leads to a salesperson
- Arrange meetings, emails, or phone calls
- Follow up with interested prospects
- Network to find decision makers
- Utilize Hubspot CRM for sales operations
- Achieve pipeline targets and KPIs
