Anforderungen
- 3+ years in first-line risk, compliance, or operations role with SME/corporate clients in regulated financial institution
- Hands-on experience with KYB/KYC onboarding and customer risk assessments, including handling complex corporate structures
- Solid understanding of AML/CTF requirements and practical application
- Experience driving process improvements, automation, or system enhancements
- Hands-on experience with data, analytics, or automation tools (SQL, Python, BI, workflow, AI)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking, translating requirements into scalable processes
- Proactive, ownership-driven working style and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Degree in law, finance, economics, or related field, or CAMS certification (plus)

- Ensure KYB, KYC, and AML reviews meet standards
- Leverage data, automation, and AI tools
- Identify and challenge manual processes
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams
- Design and implement scalable workflows
- Monitor existing customers for risk signals
- Maintain audit-ready documentation
- Uphold quality standards and four-eyes principle
- Improve data quality and reporting
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Contribute to better risk insights and controls
