As a Risk Controlling Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the bank's risk profile and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks will involve monitoring risks, preparing reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance financial risk management.

Anforderungen

• •3+ years of experience in financial risk management
• •Solid economic, business, mathematical/statistical knowledge
• •Educational degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Management, or related field
• •Good understanding of software for risk management
• •Good knowledge of German banking law and regulatory standards
• •Fluency in English; German communication skills advantageous

Aufgaben

• •Conduct risk inventory and create the overall risk profile
• •Implement risk management and controlling processes
• •Develop and maintain risk indicators and early detection procedures
• •Validate methods used in the ICAAP and prepare validation reports
• •Monitor risk situation and risk-bearing capacity
• •Review limits set for the bank and the group
• •Prepare risk reports and presentations for stakeholders
• •Share knowledge within the financial risk team
• •Report on risk management initiatives to Solaris management
• •Coordinate internal and external meetings with auditors and regulators
• •Manage outsourcing agreements for risk management processes
