In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing operational enterprise risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a strong risk culture. Your day-to-day will involve advising teams, implementing risk frameworks, and conducting comprehensive analyses to enhance the organization's risk management practices.

Anforderungen

• •Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements concerning operational enterprise risk
• •Proven track record with internal control systems and enterprise risk management frameworks
• •Excellent understanding of relevant European regulations, especially German, Luxembourg, and/or Danish requirements
• •More than 5 years of experience in enterprise risk, risk control, risk management, audit, or consulting
• •Ability to interpret regulations and present conclusions to stakeholders
• •Proficiency in English, strong verbal and written communication skills, German, and/or Danish

Aufgaben

• •Act as a subject matter expert on operational enterprise risk topics
• •Support and advise teams and individuals on risk management
• •Foster knowledge sharing and advanced problem-solving
• •Implement and integrate the operational risk framework across all entities
• •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (EBA, CSSF, MaRisk, DFSA)
• •Identify and address gaps in the risk framework
• •Design and propose innovative solutions for complex risk scenarios
• •Assess and improve the risk management framework continuously
• •Develop, update, and maintain risk policies and guidelines
• •Conduct comprehensive risk analyses and evaluate control systems
• •Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate findings
• •Prepare for and support internal and external audits
• •Design and monitor risk awareness training programs
• •Promote a proactive risk culture throughout the organization
• •Support junior team members in enhancing their knowledge
• •Collaborate with Group Risk Control functions on various initiatives
