- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role (hotel/high-volume hospitality) (highly desirable)
- Completed vocational qualification or professional training (hospitality/F&B management)
- Strong leadership skills (motivating, coaching, developing team)
- Excellent guest service skills (memorable dining experiences)
- Strong organizational and communication abilities (managing multiple priorities)
- Ability to build and maintain effective communication (teamwork/collaboration)
- Additional languages (highly advantageous)

Aufgaben
- Lead and develop the restaurant team
- Deliver excellent restaurant experiences
- Maintain strong operational presence during peak service
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Engage with guests
- Gather guest feedback
- Resolve guest concerns promptly
- Continuously enhance the dining experience
- Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs
- Adhere to brand standards
- Comply with HACCP food safety guidelines
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction
- Prepare restaurant rosters for team members
- Manage rosters based on forecasts and demands
- Oversee food and beverage labelling presentation and accuracy
- Ensure accurate indication of allergens on labelling
- Support cost control by supervising service standards
- Implement effective waste management
- Drive operational efficiency
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Perform performance reviews
- Lead development discussions
- Identify team training needs
- Implement development initiatives
- Collaborate with kitchen and wider hotel departments
- Ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure consistent guest experience
