Aufgaben
- Develop biochemical binding and functional assays
- Create biophysical assay formats
- Support internal and customer early drug discovery projects
- Focus on plate-based assays for profiling and library screening
- Assess target-ligand binding and ligand effects on enzymatic activity
- Utilize techniques like TR-FRET, AlphaLisa, luminescence, FI, FP, FRET/BRET
- Apply biophysical techniques (nanoDSF, TSA, MST, ITC, SPR) as needed
- Work in a state-of-the-art biochemistry and biophysics platform
- Perform experiments and instruct lab staff
- Analyze and report results to customers and internal teams
