Aufgaben

• •Own the full business intelligence framework
• •Manage marketing, sales, and finance data
• •Evangelize data-based insights throughout the organization
• •Share quantitative and qualitative findings with the team
• •Mentor and support the research and analytics team
• •Empower team members to define value-creating projects
• •Act as Product Owner for BI and research projects
• •Coordinate external market and player research vendors
• •Guide area-specific reporting and ad-hoc analysis
• •Define sorting algorithms and player personas
• •Collaborate with Game Design to optimize user experience
• •Develop meaningful KPIs and testable hypotheses
• •Create clear reports for senior executives
• •Establish a player-centric data strategy
