Aufgaben
- Develop and enhance online backend systems
- Drive the development of reliable online services
- Integrate online services into the company's products
- Work with existing online technologies and game codebase
- Take ownership of core backend systems
- Maintain an overview of backend technologies and interactions
- Improve system architecture for scalability and robustness
- Debug and optimize backend system modules
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, and QA
- Mentor Junior and Regular Online Game Programmers
- Create accurate task duration estimates
- Complete work on time and to a high-quality standard
- Make recommendations to improve product quality and team productivity
- Contribute to documentation and automated testing procedures
