Aufgaben
- Provide technological support to industrial customers
- Collaborate closely with local teams
- Manage and coordinate new product development projects
- Conduct pilot tests in the Regional Baking Center
- Accompany final validation tests at customer production plants
- Conduct baking trials for new product development
- Test raw materials and handle complaints
- Benchmark products against competitors
- Present products and demonstrate applications
- Support Marketing and Sales with new recipe ideas
- Bake samples for customers
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting
- Perform cost-in-use calculations
