Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, plasma fractionation, purification or related unit operations
- Proven experience in technology transfer or technical lifecycle management within GMP-regulated environment
- Advantageous experience with plasma-derived manufacturing processes and process robustness principles
- Analytical, data-driven, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in international environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel (onboarding, production site visits)
Aufgaben
- Contribute to designing and implementing greenfield and expansion projects
- Lead technology transfer projects
- Coordinate transfer processes according to SOPs
- Oversee technology transfer plans
- Oversee technology transfer reports
- Oversee comparability studies
- Provide global technical expertise in plasma fractionation
- Provide global technical expertise in purification
- Provide global technical expertise in unit operations
- Define corporate standards for implementation
- Lead and contribute to harmonizing processes and equipment
- Lead and contribute to standardizing processes and equipment
- Drive cross-site alignment
- Develop and maintain corporate standards
- Develop and maintain standardization documents
- Develop synergy between sites
- Host project sessions
- Host technology transfer sessions
- Conduct benchmarking across plants
- Act as a counterpart for TT projects
- Represent bulk production in supplier discussions
- Contribute to equipment decisions
- Contribute technical expertise to process troubleshooting
- Contribute technical expertise to lifecycle management activities
- Contribute technical expertise to production performance optimization
- Support product quality across sites
- Support operational excellence across sites
