Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in quota-carrying sales of business applications or software platforms
- •Demonstrable personal track record of over-achievement of sales targets
- •Extensive experience in senior level stakeholder engagement
- •Proven experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- •Strong people management skills
- •Experience in Business Intelligence, CRM, ERP, Cloud enterprise software sales
- •Working knowledge of Business Intelligence competitor products, Data Preparation, ETL, Database, Analytics and Enterprise Data Warehouses
- •Demonstrable knowledge of key Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership principles
- •Experience with sales methodologies i.e., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler
- •Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- •Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- •Highly organized with close attention to detail
- •Strong German and English language skills
- •Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience

- •Manage a high-performance sales team
- •Ensure account executives exceed their sales targets
- •Develop and implement sales strategies for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- •Provide tactical and strategic account planning
- •Train and mentor team members in sales methodologies
- •Monitor the sales pipeline and track activities in the CRM system
- •Oversee all stages of the sales cycle to achieve results
- •Drive complex sales cycles and present value propositions to C-level stakeholders
- •Provide accurate sales forecasting and management reports
- •Identify and manage risks, escalating issues as needed
- •Maintain in-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence software products
- •Facilitate knowledge-sharing across regions
- •Build partnerships with Marketing, Inside Sales, and other business areas
- •Enhance partner relationships to drive revenue
- •Coordinate industry events and user groups to generate interest
- •Travel regularly for in-person meetings with customers and partners
