- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable field
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated and independent working style
- Ability to thrive in an Agile team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge
Aufgaben
- Contribute to Research & Development projects with limited supervision
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary Program Assemblies
- Develop and implement technical solutions in mechanics, electronics, thermal engineering, or software
- Define technical requirements and develop concepts
- Design, implement, integrate, and test solutions
- Ensure compliance with development processes and technical standards
- Apply design guidelines consistently within the project environment
- Own project objectives related to quality, schedule, scope, and cost
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate technical risks proactively
