Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Initial manufacturing or production experience; prior QA experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint and/or eQMS systems experience advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional and international teams
- Structured and proactive working style with focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
Aufgaben
- Support and manage non-conformance investigations
- Maintain related documentation for non-conformances
- Reduce CAPA backlog
- Ensure timely closure of corrective actions
- Perform quality assurance for manufacturing
- Conduct quality assurance for outsourced processes
- Support internal audits
- Prepare and follow up on audit findings
- Conduct supplier audits
- Review and maintain SOPs
- Maintain work instructions
- Conduct risk assessments
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues
- Improve processes
- Ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance
- Support QMS development
- Facilitate eQMS transition
