In this role, you will focus on enhancing quality management by collaborating with academic leaders, drafting accreditation proposals, and analyzing survey data. Your work will ensure compliance and support the continuous improvement of educational services.

Anforderungen

• •University degree, ideally in law, business, or management
• •Trainings or education in quality management in higher education or familiarity with a university environment
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; C1 level German
• •Strong organizational and time management skills
• •Maturity and strong work ethic; proactive, agile, and engaged attitude
• •Office and project management skills
• •Affinity to collect and analyze data
• •IT affinity and excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• •Valid work permit in Austria

Aufgaben

• •Revise rules and regulations for compliance with Private University Law
• •Draft accreditation proposals for new and reaccreditation of study programs
• •Manage accreditation and certification reporting processes
• •Collaborate with Deans to ensure high teaching quality
• •Draft and implement surveys for course evaluations and student satisfaction
• •Analyze survey results to evaluate service quality
• •Develop and enhance the comprehensive quality management system
• •Compile and analyze data for rankings and surveys
• •Participate in working group meetings of the Austrian Private University Conference
• •Attend meetings with the Agency for Quality Assurance and Accreditation Austria
• •Plan and conduct audits of MU activities abroad
