Aufgaben

  • Deliver daily operational responsibilities for an exceptional 24/7 resident experience
  • Manage marketing, building maintenance, and tenancy administration
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and third parties
  • Handle all sales and letting activities
  • Greet and qualify prospects
  • Conduct property tours and show apartments
  • Manage the application, credit screening, and background check process
  • Prepare lease and move-in packages
  • Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing
  • Manage all viewing activities
  • Ensure the property meets company standards
  • Follow up on viewing calls
  • Receive feedback after all viewings
  • Execute lease renewal program activities
  • Prepare lease renewal letters and packages
  • Meet with and contact renewing residents
  • Ensure lease renewal documents are signed and implemented on time
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident concerns
  • Take prompt action to solve resident problems
  • Document and convey resident requests to appropriate individuals
  • Complete all documentation and maintain file notes
  • Maintain resident records
  • Use property management software to track availability
  • Record traffic and leasing activities in software
  • Manage resident and prospect data in software
  • Capture demographic and other resident information in software
  • Organize new community building initiatives and events
  • Execute other tasks as instructed by superiors
