Aufgaben
- Lead the Plants and civil team as a positive technical leader
- Drive the vision and technical deliverables for projects
- Collaborate closely with the Project Lead Engineer and Project engineering manager
- Take responsibility for the overall design of HVDC land stations and offshore platforms
- Understand customer specifications to determine optimal HVDC solutions
- Coordinate technical aspects with Electromechanical design and Civil design teams
- Ensure proper placement of equipment in CAD layouts
- Manage auxiliary power systems, including cables and transformers
- Oversee quality processes and address technical risks
- Represent Plants in internal and external meetings with customers and partners
