Aufgaben
- Lead the Plants and civil team.
- Drive the team's vision.
- Drive technical deliverables.
- Develop team members.
- Collaborate with project management and engineering teams.
- Oversee Plants and civil design for HVDC land stations.
- Manage interfaces for HVDC land stations.
- Oversee Plants and civil design for offshore platforms.
- Manage interfaces for offshore platforms.
- Drive the base design.
- Read and understand customer specifications.
- Develop strategic technical solutions for HVDC projects.
- Coordinate technically with various departments.
- Coordinate with Electromechanical design on HVDC station design.
- Coordinate equipment placement in CAD layouts.
- Coordinate Station auxiliary power systems and components.
- Coordinate with Civil design on auxiliary systems.
- Oversee fire, climate, and security systems.
- Manage technical risks.
- Ensure quality requirements are met.
- Ensure adherence to processes.
- Represent Plants in customer and partner meetings.
