- Manage real estate projects through the full life cycle
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders
- Ensure technical feasibility for all project phases
- Measure performance using KPIs and appropriate tools
- Manage relationships with the client and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project threats
- Administer construction contracts such as JCT
- Procure consultant appointments and define service scopes
- Procure building contracts and define service scopes
- Navigate statutory approvals including planning and building control
- Act as a contact point for principal engagement
- Travel across the EMEA portfolio as required
