Anforderungen
- Passion for new technology implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years project management experience
- Experience in plant engineering or robotic systems (Paint & Sealing) (ideal)
- Project leadership experience (preferred)
- PMP or comparable project management certification (advantage)
- Degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Proven experience in plant or machinery engineering
- Fluent German
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- MS Project and Salesforce experience (advantage)
- Willingness to travel (approx. 40% DACH/Europe)
Aufgaben
- Manage the entire lifecycle of paint and sealing projects.
- Prepare project bids and proposals.
- Ensure final project acceptance.
- Close project contracts.
- Translate customer requirements into technical concepts.
- Coordinate technical concept implementation across Europe.
- Prepare and maintain project quotations.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project cost calculations.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications.
- Monitor and control project scope, costs, schedules, and risks.
- Coordinate closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead local and global project teams.
- Coordinate internal and external resources.
- Define the project execution strategy.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support customers to maintain production reliability.
- Support customers throughout the product lifecycle.
