Anforderungen

• •Skills in automation engineering tools
• •Exposure to clinical or analytical diagnostics
• •Experience in functional responsibility for automation
• •PMP or comparable project management certification
• •Knowledge of clinical or analytical diagnostics
• •Experience with MDR/IVDR and GMP guidelines
• •Analytical capabilities and structured working style
• •Passion for driving new technologies
• •Empathy and excellent communication skills
• •Degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration with project experience
• •Professional communication in German and English
• •Valid work permits for job location

Aufgaben

• •Lead medium-sized projects from sales handover to customer service transfer
• •Direct local and global project teams to achieve contract deliverables
• •Establish project execution approaches and oversee resource planning
• •Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and financial performance
• •Identify and manage project risks while pursuing new opportunities
• •Drive formal project acceptance and contract close-out with customers
• •Act as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle
• •Coordinate with external partners, integrators, and internal stakeholders
• •Translate customer requirements into technical project specifications
• •Prepare supplementary offers and support new system proposals
