- Manage risk mitigation strategies and resource planning
- Drive project financial tracking with cost forecasting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with OEM customers to ensure compliance with standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using PMP tools and agile workflows
- Provide clear communication to leadership and team members
- Implement departmental and product group strategy
- Coordinate with other project managers on processes and tasks
- Participate actively in the innovation process and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
