In this role, you will drive process improvements and coordinate projects across teams, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve problem-solving, facilitating collaboration, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
• •PMP certification and/or MBA (advantageous)
• •3+ years of experience managing complex, technical projects
• •Experience in medical device or similar regulated industries
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
• •Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• •Familiarity with Lean Tools

Aufgaben

• •Identify problems to solve and create project plans
• •Lead end-to-end project execution while adhering to scope, processes, schedule, and budget
• •Guide the project team through development phases using Novanta’s Growth System
• •Align and coordinate shared resources within a global organization
• •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through Obeya meetings and milestone reviews
• •Support project teams in managing risk mitigation strategies
• •Drive project financial tracking through cost forecasting and variance analysis
• •Support continuous improvement initiatives using NGS tools
• •Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership and team members
• •Implement Advanced Surgery strategy
• •Coordinate with other project managers on processes and cross-functional tasks
• •Participate actively in innovation and continuous improvement processes
• •Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations
