- Lead EMS projects in automotive electronics
- Transition products from pilot lines to high-volume production
- Drive complex projects across timing and innovation
- Manage technical project scope
- Maintain full project plans and risk management
- Conduct project reviews and manage key deliverables
- Ensure success across cost, quality, and delivery
- Apply project methodologies and performance standards
- Communicate customer requirements to internal teams
- Champion adherence to PDP processes and compliance
- Link manufacturing sites and supply chain for transitions
- Support serial launch readiness and industrialization
- Lead customer-facing project management communications
- Align communication across customer and internal stakeholders
- Achieve First Time Quality and complaint targets
- Meet investment and financial targets
- Manage CAPEX planning, approvals, and reporting
- Collaborate with Start Center leaders on quotes
- Support early-stage business activities
- Apply Lean methodologies to drive operational efficiency
- Lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Partner with Group Managers for resource availability
- Mentor and act as a role model for junior PMs
- Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting
- Support and participate in internal and external audits
