In this role, you will lead a quality planning team, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing quality assurance processes and conducting audits, all while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Anforderungen

• •Completed technical degree
• •Several years of experience in a leadership position in quality
• •Ability to lead a team and drive continuous improvements
• •Professional experience and proven knowledge in quality management
• •Good knowledge of specific quality requirements and implementation of common Q-methods
• •Experience in auditing according to VDA 6.3/IATF 16949 (certification as VDA 6.3 auditor desirable)
• •Quick comprehension, independent and structured working style, strong goal orientation, and team orientation
• •Good MS Office skills
• •Good German and English skills in spoken and written
• •Willingness to work, quality awareness, customer orientation, communication skills
