- Manage project timelines and deliverables

- Deliver measurable value using agile methods
- Foster collaborative team dynamics
- Monitor progress using KPIs and metrics
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders and leadership
- Integrate practical insights to improve processes and practices
- Support PMO in building target operating models
- Support PMO in building scalable governance structures
- Coach teams in agile ways of working
- Enable iterative, self-organized collaboration
- Facilitate PI Planning and backlog refinement
- Facilitate agile reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinate alignment across business domains
- Ensure shared priorities and synchronized goals
- Contribute to cultural transformation
- Shape an agile, digital-first mindset
