In this role, you will oversee project management for anti-friction coatings, develop revenue strategies, and collaborate closely with sales teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include market analysis, customer engagement, and representing the company at industry events.

Anforderungen

• •Engineering degree in mechanical, coatings, or chemical engineering, or technician/industrial foreman in mechanical engineering
• •At least 3 years of relevant professional experience or practical experience in functional coatings
• •Knowledge in coatings and/or the screw industry
• •Entrepreneurial personality with a customer-oriented mindset
• •Analytical thinking and independent working style
• •Resilience, flexibility, teamwork skills, and determination
• •Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• •Solution-oriented working approach and perseverance
• •Willingness to travel including overnight stays and valid driving license (Class B)
• •Fluent in German and English
• •Proficient in MS Office and SAP knowledge

Aufgaben

• •Manage project operations for anti-friction coatings
• •Develop revenue strategies for the CNE region
• •Create a market roadmap and pricing strategy
• •Conduct market and competitor analysis with product management
• •Implement sales projects with sales managers and the Competence Center
• •Execute personal projects and innovative ideas
• •Support sales through customer visits and technical consulting
• •Share successful strategies within the SurTec group
• •Represent the SurTec group through presentations and technical articles
• •Facilitate knowledge transfer within the German sales network
• •Serve as a contact for Global Product Management
• •Represent SurTec Deutschland GmbH at trade fairs and industry events
