- Experience in Planning and Scheduling Software
- Proficiency with government property accountability systems
- Knowledge of military PHS&T standards (MIL-STD-2073, MIL-STD-129) and forms (DD Form 1149, DD Form 250)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience managing Forward Supply Warehouse or logistics hub in European theater
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with SBSS account for materiel turn-in
- Capability to climb ladders, tolerate confined spaces, and extreme temperature variances
Aufgaben
- Manage IT asset receipt, configuration, and deployment.
- Sustain and dispose of IT hardware.
- Track IT assets across the enterprise.
- Maintain IT assets within the ITEC system.
- Manage IT hardware, software license, and warranty data.
- Audit IT hardware, software licenses, and warranty information.
- Conduct recurring IT asset lifecycle reviews.
- Perform quarterly IT inventory validations.
- Conduct targeted spot checks of critical IT systems.
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain IT hardware sparing levels.
- Manage IT asset movement, replacement, and retirement.
- Ensure proper chain-of-custody, labeling, and data sanitization.
- Prepare and maintain transfer, warranty, and contract records.
- Prepare and maintain software license assignments.
- Assess returned or failed IT equipment.
- Recommend repair or disposition actions for IT equipment.
- Coordinate disposal or reutilization for end-of-life assets.
- Track asset transactions, warranties, and license utilization.
- Maintain complete, auditable, and compliant IT asset records.
