- Demonstrated proficiency in developing electronic system components
- Strong capability in managing complex project teams
- Substantial hands-on experience collaborating with space agencies
- Excellent command of English; German skills advantageous, French or Italian strong asset
Aufgaben
- Take ownership of bids and projects in the Space sector
- Lead and inspire teams developing scientific satellites and optical communications terminals
- Conduct studies and phase A projects for agencies, primarily the European Space Agency
- Collaborate with multinational program teams for seamless design engineering and production
- Ensure smooth transition from bid phase to production and post-delivery support
- Build and manage relationships with customers, primes, and key stakeholders
- Provide clear leadership and strategic vision to the project or bid team
- Review and consolidate project or bid baselines and schedules
- Drive on-time delivery of projects
- Manage costs, forecasts, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare accurate project reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Recognize team needs for additional support and secure necessary resources
