- Understand customer challenges, partners, issues, and value delivered
- Apply Now Create methodology and prescriptive guidance
- Foster collaboration and effective decision-making
- Establish program governance for scope, time, schedule, cost, and business objectives
- Develop and execute risk assessment, prevention, and mitigation plans
- Identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Mentor ServiceNow and Partner team members
- Propose solutions for gaps between actuals and plan of record
- Work as Project/Program implementation expert during sales cycles
