- At least 5 years technology advisory experience (AI, ML, Data Science focus) preferred
- Proven track record driving business growth and customer satisfaction via innovative technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, sales, marketing)
- Strong industry connections and network
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality results
- Ability to travel up to 50% annually

- Develop and maintain advisory engagements
- Partner with Sales and other teams
- Drive customer outcomes and value realization
- Deliver ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities
- Provide technical guidance on GenAI technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure successful deployment of GenAI solutions
- Lead GenAI enablement programs
- Develop and deliver GenAI Impact Accelerators
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
- Improve and evolve GenAI accelerator offerings
- Contribute to thought leadership documents
- Create white papers and knowledge base articles
- Make GenAI information accessible
