Aufgaben
- Own and refine a multi-year digital delivery roadmap
- Oversee and challenge complex, cross-platform initiatives
- Focus on project management and technical integrity
- Manage dependencies, risks, and on-time delivery
- Act as Program Manager for key initiatives
- Structure, plan, and track initiative execution
- Ensure end-to-end delivery transparency
- Track progress, risks, and trade-offs
- Ensure value realization
- Validate business cases and track outcomes
- Ensure rapid turnaround of strategic initiatives
- Establish and drive governance structures
- Lead Steering Committees with executive stakeholders
- Validate solution approaches and delivery plans
- Collaborate with platform and engineering leads
- Work with CIO Office on priorities
- Handle ad-hoc work for CIO priorities
- Drive pragmatic change and adoption
- Ensure initiatives land effectively in the organization
