Anforderungen
- Degree in chemical, production, industrial Management or similar
- Knowledge of paper making and industrial fabrics
- Customer service, sales, or account management skills
- Experience in sales area or multinational context
- Good IT skills
- Fluent English and German skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Interest in working close to production environments
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively

Aufgaben
- Grow business and profitability in assigned markets
- Build long-term partnerships with customers
- Improve cost competitiveness of the product offering
- Manage the full paper machine clothing portfolio
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Expand existing customer accounts through mill stakeholder engagement
- Perform on-site measurements and technical analyses
- Provide hands-on customer support and product recommendations
- Conduct technical negotiations and report on findings
- Promote products while providing technical sales support
- Visit customers to meet defined sales targets
- Negotiate prices and delivery times to conclude orders
- Assess customer needs to suggest appropriate solutions
- Research prospective customers to generate repeat business
- Communicate competitor activity and market feedback internally
