- 5+ years of experience in Power Electronics industry, preferably in UPS sector
- Strong expertise in UPS architecture (single-phase and three-phase systems from 10 kW to 2 MW)
- Hands-on experience with product validation plans
- Solid knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, PCP/APQP quality tools and methodologies
- Deep understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes
- Fluent or professional-level English (both spoken and written)
- Strong team spirit and ability to work under pressure
Aufgaben
- Act as a quality interface between Agile Teams, Operations, and Suppliers
- Analyze test data, quality KPIs, and field return issues
- Provide feedback on product requirements to influence design for quality
- Manage quality product validation according to ABB PCP or equivalent methodologies
- Plan, design, and execute tests for product validation
- Support Design FMEA, Process FMEA, and PPAP activities in cross-functional teams
- Contribute to improving Design for Manufacturing and Design for Testing
- Focus on PCBA production processes
