- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification considered an advantage
Aufgaben
- Support the deployment of the quality strategy
- Assist in creating a mix of prevention and continuous improvement
- Conduct robust root cause analysis
- Respond quickly to issues and implement sustainable solutions
- Collaborate with local functions to enhance quality results
- Analyze non-conformities to identify root causes
- Initiate cases in the Practical Problem Solving (PPS) tool
- Define containment, corrective, and preventive actions
- Facilitate Level 2 Quality Circles
- Escalate critical cases to Level 3 when necessary
- Contribute to improving key quality metrics
- Monitor and ensure timely closure of PPS cases
- Manage supplier non-conformities
- Identify critical issues with the Supplier Quality Manager
- Support Quality Technicians in identifying improvement opportunities
- Develop new quality gates to enhance product quality
- Continuously improve existing quality gates
